The Beginning
"I first began Caledon Horse and Carriage by
taking my doctors buggy to church every weekend pulled
by my standeredbread horse Bubba. As I was going to and
from church people would stop me and ask if I could do
their wedding or special occasion or even just to take
a picture. I did some research and found that I would
need a nicer carriage then a doctor buggy. So I found
a beautiful carriage that would do the job best. It was
an elegant white carriage that completely close up, sits
six adults, and is very light pulling for one horse. I
had always thought what looked best with the white carriage
was a black horse with four white soaks and a blaze. Then
I soon found out all of my customers wanted was a white
horse on the carriage. It took me a long time to find
white horses in order to do the job best. From then on
I always kept my eyes open for white horses. All of theses
steps I have taken in order to do the horse and carriage
business, is what has lead us to where we are today, with
our many different options we are able to provide to our
customers for their special and unique day."

permit required, the horse and carriage is permitted on
all roads.
